The Alberta Lacrosse Association (ALA) has partnered with Stage and Screen Travel Services.  Stage and Screen is a sports travel management company that specializes in athlete and group travel. Alberta Lacrosse Association & HealthPointe Rehabilitation and Sport Therapy

The Alberta Lacrosse Association (ALA) has partnered with HealthPointe Rehabilitation and Sport Therapy.  HealthPointe’s goals are to effectively and accurately diagnose injuries to safely return the athlete to sport and to educate athletes, parents, team trainer/therapist and coaches throughout the injury process.  HealthPointe offers complete health care services including Sports Medicine Physicians and experienced Sport Physiotherapists and Athletic Therapists, covering a wide range of injuries and issues, including:

·        Sports Medicine

·        Head Injuries and Concussions

·        Physiotherapy

·        Athletic Therapy

·        Health & Pain Assessments

·        Chronic Pain Management

·        Spinal Injury Treatment

The partnership will allow ALA Lacrosse players preferred assessment appointments to assure timely diagnosis of possible injuries, determine protocol for recovery and return safe return to play timelines for athletes.  The ALA and HealthPointe will work in conjunction to offer training programs to ALA registered trainers and coaches to further educate health procedures to assure a safe competition environment for ALA athletes. Trainers will have access to online Question and Answer Platform to assist with athlete health issues.

Alberta Lacrosse Association & SterlingBackcheck

The Alberta Lacrosse Association has partnered with SterlingBackcheck to make background screening easier for Alberta Lacrosse Members.  Through SterlingBackcheck’s partnership with the Coaching Association of Canada, we are pleased to offer an entirely online process for sport organizations, coaches, officials, administrators and volunteers to obtain criminal record checks.
