ALBERTA LACROSSE ASSOCIATION WELCOMES MANAGER OF DEVELOPMENT
January 16, 2018, Sherwood Park, AB—The Alberta Lacrosse Association (ALA) is proud to announce and welcome Paul Rai as the organization’s Senior Manager of Development. Paul will be responsible for the technical services required by the Association, assist supervision of all Provincial Team coaches, ASG coaches, Player Development Camps, NCCP training and Coach Mentorship Opportunities. He has joined Alberta Lacrosse to assist in the overall development of players and coaches across the Province.
Paul has extensive experience in box and field lacrosse as a player and coach. He has coached male and female teams across North America and has represented the province as a player and coach at several National Championships. In 2015 he was on the coaching staff with Team Australia at the World Indoor Lacrosse Championships. Paul has been a coach developer with the ALA for many years and is trained in all disciplines of Lacrosse.
