alra logoThe Alberta Lacrosse Association (ALA) is excited to announce our partnership with the Edmonton Razorbacks to co-host the Women's U19 Field Lacrosse National Championship coming to Sherwood Park this August 17th to 19th!

Hosting a national tournament is a massive undertaking that consist of many moving parts and requires a legion of volunteers. It is for this reason that we are honoured to partner directly with one of our regional Field Lacrosse clubs so we may support this endeavour by any means possible which in turn ensures that all participating athletes may have an amazing experience.

As a proud AFLA Member, the Razorbacks are uniquely positioned to take the lead on this event but will of course lean on our other AFLA Members, and the Alberta lacrosse community as a whole, to make this event a great one.

It is through partnerships like this that we are able to continue to grow the game by introducing new and challenging experiences for our athletes.

The U19 WF National Championship will be held at the beautiful Emerald Hills Sports Pavilion in Sherwood Park, Alberta and will feature teams from at least four different provinces, including our our Team Alberta Women's Field team which has recently announced our two co-head coaches, Lesley Hawke and Sarah Lehman.

Emerald Hills Sports Pavilion is located in Strathcona County and offers a welcoming community with a range of recreational activities that are sure to please every member of the family.

We encourage you to come check out all Strathcona County has to offer while taking in the country's best in U19 women's Field Lacrosse this summer.
