Request for Team Alberta Apparel Provider Proposals

The ALA is looking for its next Team Alberta and apparel provider. 

Project:  ALA Team Alberta and Apparel Contract

Proposal Due Date:  June 30, 2023                                          

Overview

The ALA is currently accepting proposals for our next apparel provider.

Scope

The desired ALA apparel contract will center around:

• Online store capabilities- for major ALA events, by team, and province-wide.
• Supplying Team Alberta uniforms for both Box and Field lacrosse.
• Supplying Team Alberta with other apparel and equipment items.
• Supplying Alberta Summer Games uniforms and apparel.
• Supplying ALRA uniforms and apparel.
• Supplying custom apparel items for office staff every year.
• Providing giveaways for the ALA Annual Meeting.
• Opportunities for additional sponsorship.

In Return

In addition to an exclusive contract, the ALA will also:

• Allow provider to advertise Official Uniform and Apparel Supplier of Team Alberta Lacrosse in website and printed materials used for business purposes of advertising.
• Send out pre-order information to appropriate members for online store events.
• List the provider as a Preferred Vendor on the ALA website.
• Social media posts to include provider as a tag when appropriate.

Submission Requirements

Proposals should include:

• Overview of online store capabilities.
• Details on the types of uniforms available (sublimated, double-sided, etc).
• Cost per Team Alberta uniform.
• Turnaround times for production of items.

 Contract Term:           September 1, 2023 - August 31, 2026
