Bulletin: B111.2 - ALA 2021 AGM - Virtual, November 14, 2021

Hello ALA Members,

As life begins to emerge under the shadow of COVID-19, we have now scheduled our 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Sunday November 14, 2021 at 9:00am (MST).

As a Board of Directors, we are pleased to have had a successful return-to-play season under some agile alternate play scenarios however it is still prudent from both a cost-stewardship perspective, and as an ongoing COVID mitigation step, to hold the 2021 AGM in a virtual format once again (same as 2020).

AGM ZOOM MEETING ACCESS

Zoom meeting access will be communicated to voting Members via the ALA office at a later date.

OPEN EXECUTIVE POSITIONS

One agenda item for the 2021 AGM will be Executive elections. Currently, all ALA Executive positions are either vacant or up for election. Positions include:

• President
• Director of Administration
• Director of Marketing and Communications
• Director of High Performance
• Director of Development
